We are an online auction house in Malmö selling all our items via auctionet.com.
Our customer opening hours are Mon 13-18, Tue - Thu 13-17, Fri 13-16:00, day before public holidays 13-15.
Our working hours are Monday 08:30 - 18:15, Tue - Thu 08:30 - 17:15, Fri 08:30-16:15, with a 45-minute lunch.
- Have good knowledge of items.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Be detail-oriented.
- Can juggle multiple tasks while remaining calm.
- Stress-resistant - Valuation and registration of items.
- Conduct home valuations.
- Assist customers over the counter.
- Answer phone calls, etc.
The candidate we are looking for should have a good understanding of the auction market and solid knowledge of both antique and modern items.
Must be able to work well in a team and have a broad smile.
Should be self-sufficient from the start and have good development opportunities for the right person.
